can my mother file 498A and DV on my wife
My wife married 2nd time in 2019 and filed divorce on me by hiding her 2nd marriage in year 2021 and rejecting to give divorce because of which my mother is harassed and defamed in society.
Query Can my mother file 498A,DV or any case against my wife?

Your mother can file under DV but not under 498A
