Can my daughter get maintenance

My husband filed a case against me in lok adalat ... We are separated from past 6 months .... My daughter is 10 months old ..... Post my delivery my health didn't recover ...... Can I ask for maintainence for my daughter....... How can I ask for it .......

Yes you can very much ask maintenance for your daughter . A petition shall have to be filed before the concerned court seeking maintenance on behalf of your daughter . Your husband shall be made duty bound to pay the same .
