Can kmp of a listed company file complaint?

Company Law recognized certain categories of

Officers as key managerial persons such as company Sec CFO CEO etc and they were  subject to certain responsibilities and liabilities. Also the companies are required certain disclosures ofKMPs.

In case the KMP is subjected to ordeal and unfair ill-reatment by working directors, can the KMP file Complaint to MCA SEBI and other regulators ?

I request learned colleagues and readers to share their thoughts and views.

Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether Key Managerial Persons (KMPs) in listed companies, such as CEOs and CFOs, have the right to file complaints if they face unfair treatment or hardship from working directors. The consensus is that KMPs can indeed lodge complaints with regulatory bodies like the MCA and SEBI, provided they have supporting evidence.

Dear Querist,

In case the KMP is subjected to ordeal and unfair ill-reatment by working directors, then the KMP can file a Complaint to MCA SEBI and other regulators.
