can JMFC deny WS after accepting vakilpatra by respondent in 125crpc filed by wife 4mths back?
i kept on taking dates but now lawyer of wife pressing hard on trial.........and opposing my WS
granny died 2mths back
should i go for condonation of delay by submitting death certificate and pleading on humanitarian grounds that i was mentally not ready for WS
how to backfire???????
wife captured mothers flat gifted by me 7 months back before filing cases--- divorce filed by me in district court and rcr + 125 crpc by her in family court ........
am i screwed completely or JMFC might accept WS by lawer along with vakilpatra??????
also how to ask her to vacate the flat as we stayed together more than a year in the same
presently me staying away 45km at native place........
should i go for 125 (4) asking her to stay with me with judicial seperation till final maint. or any othr solution?????????
please help respected learned people as im a dentist and in a mess, can't concent. in clinic and she asking for 25000 monthly maint. ; not ready for MCD !!!!!!!!!!!!
