Hi Bharat, I glad you shown interest in my post.. There is a 2 shops in same where my shop is..1st shop is selling garments, and he puts his display material in front of next to shop whos shop is hiding behind his shop and also this shop is last shop of complex. Second shop owner is lossing his business due short footfall of new customers. Also he put unnecessary items to outside and its look dirty sometime. What police can take action ?

only civil suit is the alternative.
