Can i send legal notice without passing aibe and enrolled in 2023

Can I send legal notice without passing AIBE and enrolled in 2023

Quick Summary
If you have completed your enrolment as a lawyer in 2023, you are legally recognised as an advocate. This means you can issue legal notices on behalf of clients, even if you haven't yet passed the All India Bar Examination (AIBE). Enrolment is the key requirement for practising law and sending notices.

Yes, after enrolment is completed you are treated as a lawyer, hence there is no embargo on you to issue legal notice on behalf of your client irrespective of the fact that you have not successfully completed the AIBE examination
