Can i marry my father's brother's wife's sister's daughter please reply

We are having different goutras

Quick Summary
This discussion explores the validity of marrying the daughter of one's father's brother's wife's sister under the Hindu Marriage Act. While initially seeming complex, the consensus suggests this is not a prohibited degree of relationship. As the individuals do not share a direct bloodline and the sister of the girl is already married within the clan, the marriage appears to be permissible.

It is a prohibited relationship for the purpose of marriage.

Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Advocate)     29 December 2022

does not appear to be prohibited degree. Gorta of parenttal & maternal grandfather& grantmother sould have nothing in common .  As sister of the said girl is already married in the clan so there appears to be prima-facie no objection as apparently you are not sharing bloodline.

Pradipta Nath (Advocate)     02 January 2023

You can marry her. This is not prohibited relationship.
