can i got passport when divorce case running

respected sir/madam I had applied divorce case against my wife. 1st hiring has come on this month. now iam applying passport. can I get my passport and what will happened in police verification process. i have no either cases against me. please help me experts

There is no bar in issuance of passport while divorce is pending.

Go ahead and apply for passport.

passport getting is easy now.Police verification also through online at present.So there is no problem
