I have applied for divorce on grounds of adultery . it is running from 2 years .can I go to foreign countries for working . Is there any provision to attend the case from there
Divorce case is not any criminal case that you are suppoused to remain presant at every hearing,if your lawyer failed to appear on hearings it would get dismissed simply...Just you need to chek that thing
