Can i get legal protection as we want to do love marage

My age is above 21 and my girlfried is 20 years old, we both want to marry but from my gf side her parent not ready for marage as we are from diff cast but we both are ready for marage. and her parent not treating her well so is there any law which helps us for marage as she is mature and she can take her decisions.

is there any freedom law for girls. she is 20 years old

If you have attained the legal age to marry, your parents can neither stop you from marrying nor they can force you to marry someone against your wishes. You are the master of your own destiny. If you apprehend any kind of threat to your life you may file a writ of mandamus whereby the HC may direct the police to protect you.

If you are in Tamilnadu, both of you can go to the nearest Police Station and the Police will perform your marriage. Such marriage is valid under law.
