Can I File quash petetion in high court after filing chargesheet in lower court in 498a case.

Once the chargesheet is filed the correct recourse is to assail the chargesheet by filing a Criminal Writ Petition along with Section 482.

It is better to file criminal writ petition u/s 482 cr.p.c. against the charges framed against you
