Hi, We recently noticed that someone making cement bricks in the agricultural lands, where he set up a kind of factory within his own land. Though it may not be a clay brick... still I am concerned about the concrete/cement that may impact the neighboring crops. Please advise if I have a legitimate ground to file a PIL against him.
