CAN I FILE A CASE.. WHEN THE MATTER PENDING AT GOVERNMENT

Sir
Regarding payment of HRA our town Shamshabad is being paid 24% of HRA since 2010.
but it was reduced to 13%
on representation.. clarification pending at Government. since 6months
now can I file a petition.. for payment of 24% HRA...

since you are govt. servant. You can file a petition in the concerned state adminstrative tribunal
