Can i convert 2 stamp paper into 1 for flats i have?

the flat i have has 2 seperate stamp papers although it is a single entity. I would now like to convert the document to be only a single stamp paper as it is not really 2 flats but just sold as 2 parts with 2 stamp papers. How do i combine the 2 to make it 1 entity, 1 legal document, 1 stamp paper?

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses a query about combining two separate stamp papers for what is considered a single flat. The advice given suggests that a single property should ideally have only one registered sale deed. If there are two, one might be invalid. Consulting a local lawyer is recommended to verify the registered documents and receive personalised advice on how to proceed.

A single property cannot have two registered sale deeds, if it is so then either one of them will be invalid.

Probably you or your predecessor had combined two  units into one without any legal sanction or approval hence you may believe it to be a single unit

You can consult a local lawyer and get a first hand information in person and decide further actions on it

The registered document needs to be verified to give you a proper opinion as your query is something confusing to me.

Show the relevant document to a local lawyer for better appreciation of facts and advise.

Facts posted are vague.
