Hi ,
I have an ansisteral house in my native village which is not been used for past 20 years.
I also do not have any documents for that property.
Since its a village we have relatives who recongnise our house .
Can i claim it , if yes then how can i get the documents related to the property?

If really property belongs to u than u can claim it, for that u have to trace the property title and apply all the certify copies of documents from concerned authority
