my father gave our three shutter showroom to rajasthan rajya sahkari sangh ltd in the year 1988. rent was 850.
main terms and condtion are:-
1.the tenecy will expire at the end of 12 monts from the day of tenecy and it will renewable at the opotion of tenant for further period of 12 months but the tenant will have pay increased rent on 3 % on rent payable just before expiration of tenacy from time to time .this will increase will continue in rent every renwel.
in the year 2007 will filed a suit against Rajasthan rajya sahkari sangh for vacent our showroom in rajathan rent control act 2003 with our Requirements. but court gave decision against us and said that rajasthan rent control did not apply at rajasthan copertive socity and sahkari sangh ltd.
and after this decision rajasthan bunkar sangh did not pay rent. the rent dues till now 8 month.
so please guide me
can i take action in tp106 ?or can i accept rent after giving notice in tp 106.
