Can high court stay in evey case if opposite party in court

I filled case adainst DCP, ACP, SI, CI with 167, 166, 220, 344, 346, 120b, section 7 &13 with sufficient evidence then court refered to psfor filling FIR. Fir filled and i gave statement and full evidencedocuments. Now DCP planning to go to ccourt for quash. Now my question whether court will give stayorder or wt is proceeding in my case

No, High Court first considers prima facie value of the case then act accordingly. if booth the parties available for agruement then High Court act according to arguments stated there.

HI high court not given stay order in every case its all depend on case and condition some time stay very importnat for save something or save avidence in those matter court give stay order for  next order you will not change or move any thing relate to case as decide by court 

both party present in court or not its not matter
