Can flat owner use society water to wash his commercial vehi

Hi sir, There is resident in our society, who has 2 flats, he runs garage and tourist bussiness. He washes his commercial vehicles (5 -6 )and garage vehicle in society and argue he can do that since he has 2 flats .What does housing society law says regarding this?. What ate legal action we can initiate??

Quick Summary
A resident is using society water to wash multiple commercial vehicles for their garage and tourist business, arguing their ownership of two flats grants them this right. This discussion explores housing society laws concerning commercial activities in residential complexes and outlines potential actions, including lodging complaints with the Managing Committee and passing resolutions in General Body Meetings to restrict water usage to household purposes only.

In a residential complex commercial activities are not permitted. Submit complaint to Managing Committee and raise the issue in General Body Meeting for banning such activities in the Society..

If bye-law is silent, through General Body, pass a unanimous resolution, that water should be used strictly for household purposes only.  (If someone wants to wash their vehicle they may use bucket without attaching pipe to the mainline)

Yes, it is for the Society management to take a stand on the issue.
