why are you encouraging her to take back when the case itself is false.? is it a joke to just file a DV and take it back another day, depending on the mood swing of the person. isnt she playing with the law for mental harrassment and financial hardship caused to you? dont be a puppet in her hands. prove that the case is false and give a hard kick to such a woman ho dares to file fake cases at her whims and fancies and you readily become a puppet in her hands and dance to her tunes.......shame on you, and on top of that you ask advise on how a false case can be taken by the wicked wife..............you seem to be a useless husband and deserve such fake cases in first place.
