One of our NRI client had to go for a complaint case u/s 406 IPC. Now she doesnt' want to persue it for avoiding her costly & un-necessary visit to India. Can she authorise her attorney to withdraw the case or alternately can we request the court for permitting her appearance thru' video conferencing from that country?

File a petition u/sec.257 Cr.P.C. in the same Court through lawyer by approaching to relieve the personal appearance of the complainant to withdraw the case.But it is discretionary power of Court to allow the same.
