Hello respected All,
Can any1 pl. suggest on the following issue......
1) If any co. issues a offer letter and ask employee to join on xyz date but on that particular date dnt provide with employment .........wh are the options with the employee.

The company has only given offer letter. It is not an appointment letter. He is not an employee yet. The person has no option than to keep quiet.
