Can an elected public representative's (women) husband lead from back door on her behalf

sir
Can you please clarify if the wife wins as the public representative who does not know about the duties and responsibilities of the elected post and such position is being mis-utilised by her husband and use undue power and put pressure on officials by husband for his greedy things.

How far does he have right to dominate unlawfully not being a public representative. Kindly put light on it please. Thank you.

1. Yes, practically husband(s) have been exerting pressure on official as extra-constitutional authority, although legally he/ they cannot.

1. File Criminal cases on Husband & Wife, for Misrepresenting, Intimidation, Fraud, Nuisance, etc.... with proper evidences /witnesses, on the points mentioned by you.

The elected representative can take assistance from anyone, the spouse included, for discharge for his or duties. Nor is it necessary that an elected representative be in thee know of all the things. Irrespective of any amount of theoretical knowledge and training, much more is learned from experience.

However, no one including the elected representative is authorised to indulge in abuse of power or to overawe the officials. It is for the concerned officials to stand up to such abuses. They are empowered by law to properly deal with such predicaments.
