Can an accused want cross examination?

Can the accused ask for cross-examination on a false case, should the amount be paid in relation to it, if so, how can the poor person afford that amount?

Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether an accused person can request cross-examination in a false case, particularly addressing the financial barriers faced by those with limited means. It clarifies that individuals unable to afford legal representation can seek assistance through the district legal services authority for free legal aid.
