IF THE WIFE IS RESIDING WITH HER RELATIVES AT THE TIME OF FILING OF CASE U/S -125, SHE CAN FILE FROM THAT PLACE.

If there is no other place for the wife to stay and she has taken shelter at the place of the relative, she can file a case from there.
However for her conv. she can not do so.
