Can a wife claim manitainance if she is working

hello,

when wife is working and well settled..can she claim maintenance again her husband...condition is wife is staying away from husband with no specific reason since the past 3 years...please advice..

No one can stop her to claim. But will she get or not is a seperate matter

I dont understand why our indian law is very much woman centric..there should be some amendment...

This is the only reason why woman are simply misutilising. and getting benifit...

.by the way what is the process to expose if she will claim maintaince when she is already well setteled in a MNC.

Abhijit, if you can prove that she is earning (Show form 26A) then there is no need to worry.
