can a sale deed be executed by third party when the original owner cannot be present at the moment?

I am selling a plot of land but i cannot execute the sale because i am in quarantine and the buyer wants to execute the sale in 2-3 days which i cant be able to be present for sogning the sale deed paper. Can i let my cousin brother do it in my name?.

Quick Summary
If you're unable to attend the signing of a sale deed due to quarantine or other reasons, your cousin brother cannot legally execute it on your behalf as they are not the owner. Only the original owner or a registered Power of Attorney holder with explicit authority to sell can sign the sale deed. It's advisable to find a buyer who can wait or explore setting up a Power of Attorney if immediate execution is critical.

No.your cousin brother can't execute sale deed of questioned plot in place of you, as he is not owner of plot.Either you have to execute sale deed or your registered power of attorney holder whom  have been given power to sell the plot can only execute sale deed.

LOOK FOR ANOTHER BUYER .... who can wait till you get better.
Your Cousin could be criminally prosecuted for the action which you require from him.
