It's all buyers responsibility not sellers , the buyer will do all these.

Both of you can decide it amongst yourself.

Generally buyer has to bear all the expenses incurred for registration of sale deed.

Usually it is also narrated in agreement to sell.

Anyway let  the seller Pay stampduty  and registration fee if you both, buyer AND SELLER AGREE. LATER ON THE BUYER WOULD  REIMBURSE YOU./THE SELLER.

The provisions of the Statute are silent on this aspect.

As per the Statute, the Stamp Duty receipt can be in the name of the Buyer or the Seller. Usually, the Buyer and Seller can agree on who shall pay the Stamp Duty, and it is mentioned in the Agreement to Sell. Conventionally, the Buyer pays the stamp duty, but that is not essential as the Seller can also pay in his name. I am not sure what is the confusion here - if the Buyer is ready to compensate you, then you can pay in your name. If it is a case of income tax issues, then you can show the entire sale consideration in your return and then deduct the stamp duty as the expenses related to the sale of the property.

Decide amongst yourself and narrate in agreement.

Take care that narration is inserted in sale deed.
