Can a Practicing Advocate be PoA holder for Client?

Sir/s,

Can a practicing Advocate be a power of attorney holder for his client, and for and on his behalf register his property his (clients) documents..?

If yes, will that in any way affect Advocate's SANAD/COP..?

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses whether a practising advocate can legally hold Power of Attorney (PoA) for their client, specifically for registering property documents. The consensus is that an advocate can indeed act as an agent under a PoA for property sales. It's also confirmed that this role will not negatively affect the advocate's SANAD/COP.

Yes.  For selling property the advocate can act as an agent of a POA.
