Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether a POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) enquiry report can be legally challenged if the complaint was filed more than 90 days after the alleged incident. The general rule is that complaints should be filed within three months of the last incident. However, the report's silence on the incident date and any valid reasons for the delay are crucial factors. Without these details, a definitive legal opinion cannot be provided.

The timeline for  submission of complaint under POSH is Within 3 months of the last incident.

Without knowing the background facts no further opinion can be rendered.
