can a mba in business law passed candidate practice in courte?


Is A Man, who passed MBA in Business Law can practice in Court or Not? Kindly clarify.

1. You will need to follow heirarchy of Study level in Law, to be eligible for "certificate of practice" in Courts.

2. Above would mean you have to complete graduation plus LLB (3 years)  .OR. 12 std plus LLB (5 years).

3. MBA in Business Law is not equivalent to above. Hence is not eligible to practice in Court, more speficially as an enrolled "Advocate".

4. Howeve, IF you are a employee of a Co., THEN you can represent your Co. in Court, via a Co. BOD Resolution, authorising you to appear on behalf of Co.
