Can a married daughter claim equal right to fathersproperty

Can a Married Daughter Claim Equal Rights in Fathers Property as she was Married before 2005 and she didn't file a Case in Lower Court i.e in District Court and appealed in High Court and the High Court Judge Dismissed the Case in CRP and AS Suit citing that in Lower Court it wasn't appealed and there can be no Claim since no Appeal was made in Lower District Court and the case was done Exparty in District Lower Court and so High Court cant accept the Claim and the Case were Dismissed and in this Circumstances what can we be done and how should I claim or what other Steps since the case was dismissed by the High Court in CRP and in AS, What other Steps can be taken to Claim Equal Rights in Fathers Property. can we Appeal again in High Court with CRP REVISION or should we only go to Supreme Court? What are the Chances if we again appeal in the High Court for Appeal or we have no option and only can appeal in Supreme Court along and High Court cant interfere in this case since the case has already been Dismissed under AS and CRP both.

You have already been obliged and advised adequately by experts against your query at https://www.lawyersclubindia.com/forum/can-a-married-daughter-claim-equal-right-to-fathersproperty-217331.asp

You will appreciate the fact that repetition of same story will not change the opinion and advise of the experts / respondents..

If you are not satisfied with the obligation of experts, it is advisable to seek professional opinion and advise of a local prudent lawyer with relevant documents.

But it is absurd, ridiculous and stupidity to repeat same query time and again. Please avoid.

It appears you are repeating the same question in a different thread despite having received adequate opinions and suggestions to your query.

However as a last  piece of advise, since you are entitled for a share in the property left behind by your father who is reported to have died intestate, you may either file an application before the trial court seeking to set aside the exparte order (if any passed against you in n earlier suit) or file a fresh suit for partition seeking your legitimate share in your deceased father's property.
