Can a foreign national enter into contract under indian ctr

hello

I have general querry about Contract Act. / Coop Societies Act

1- Can a Person  Resident of US enter into a contarct  under Indian Contract Act ??

2- Can a Resident of US become a Member of a Housing Society  ??

3- Can a Resident of US Inherit Property in Housing Society  ??

kindly advise...
