Can a company change its name after incorporation..?

How can a company change its name after incorporation?

What will be the consequences if a company fails to comply with the change of name direction issued by the registrar of companies ?

the company may change its name by altering its memorandum of association. it is better to contact a qualified company secretary. also please read the sect 4 (2) of the companies act 1956.
