Can 498a accused get itr of complainant wife through rti

A few days back, I sought guidance about TEP. I thank all the members who spared their valuable time  to guide me quickly in this regard.

I further request the members to guide if 498a accused can get Income tax returns of complainant  through Rti.If so, is there any judgement to this effect. Pl. guide.
