Call on

dear friends,

in my divorce case i requested medical check-up of my husband for impotency, the other side filed a counter, on that counter, judge has written call on 05/10.

what do you mean by call on.

1. In my opinion it means 'come for arguments" on 5 - 10 -2010 as counter of other side has already been filed which you say in your briefs.

2. However these are not necessary but if your side has any "rejoinder" on his counter then you may file the same with a "advance copy supplied" to OP before the NDOH so that the arguments are effected upon same date and Ld. Judge may pass an Interim Order "for" and or "declined" the "challenged medical condition of a party by way of a Test" accordingly.

1. Second replier, yes, you are right.
