I filed a FIR against a person under IPC section 406 and 420.
Police has now investigated the case and going to file a C Summary report since crime is civil in my case
Going forward should I be worried about following response from accused
-Case of false FIR under IPC sec 211
-Defamation case under IPC sec 500
-Civil defamation

You have given a complaint with the police, the police have investigated the matter and are filing the closure report, if you object the same, you can file your objections before the magistrate or you can acept the court verdict on this, however this will not give rise to any defamation case because there is no ingredients for defamation case.

Any possibility of accused filing complaint under IPC sec 211 in case of C Summary?

There is no necessity for the accused to file any defamation case when there is no case at all against him to defame him.
If at all he is filing cany defamation case, you can challenge the same as per procedures of law and merits in your side.
