when we buy byju's product, nobody informed me about the cancellation policy, is just like ur are stuck and there is no way u can return it to get refund. i have so much harassment after buying this product, i have call so many time and no body in byju's helped me and now i am getting calls from capital float and i getting harass from them that i have to pay the loan or they will take some legal action against me.
so moral of the story is ; if somebody buy byju's product no matter what you do you cannot return and get refund, they are fraud and they are playing with the sentiments of parent, so my request is to every one do not buy there product.
