I had bought a house In Mumbai, My wifes name being First and Second name Mine to Save Taxes with the 50 percent share i got from My mothers Property out of Trust and affection (My Biggest Mistake)
1. Can i be driven out of the house in case of any dispute and Terror Tactics
2. In case of Divorce what would be the implications. Can i claim It back
