I am buying a plot in Hyderabad which is an agricultural land and not converted.But its HMDA approved layout.
How far is the risk in buying these plots?. whether LRS can be a solution to this? Also if LRS be issued to these type of non converted lands?

If the lay out is approved by HMDA, you purchase it no problem. If it is not converted from agricultural to non-agricultural, in turn, the authority take the conversion charges and give a construction permission. No problem for it.
