BUYING HOUSE FROM FATHER

Can i buy house from my father legally.

Quick Summary
Yes, you can legally buy a house from your father. The transaction requires a properly executed and registered Sale Deed, with Stamp Duty paid. It's crucial that the sale's intention is genuine and not an attempt to avoid legal actions related to the property. Ensure all legal formalities are met for a valid purchase.

Yes, it's valid provided the intention behind such sale transaction is genuine and not to circumspect an impending legal action against such property.
