Buying dc converted property @ jigani bangalore.

I am planning to buy DC converted property @ Jigani Bangalore.

I am provided with below listed documents.

  • Document stating property has been DC converted.
  • Sale deed where property is transferred to current owner.
  • RTC with name of previous owner when the land was still agricultural land.

I have below questions please anwer me:

  • If i get the registration done by current owner is it enough? Should i also get previous owner involved for registration?
  • Should i get sketch copy of current plot i am buying?
  • Should i get all mother deed?
  • Should i look for rtc from 1964 to current date?
  • Should i get EC?
  • Should i get caste certificate of current and previous owner?
  • Property was sold to current owner after DC conversion.RTC still shows previous owner and not current owner is it ok?
  • How can I confirm if the land is not sold for someone else and again selling the same to me?

Let me know a good lawyer in Bangalore will get in touch for verification of docs and get registration paper written.
I want document to be written in kannada.

‘Buyer Beware’ applies to property deals.

It s indeed good that you want to check all related documents.

RTI is one route. If there is e-document fascility you can use it.

Idealy a buyer (You) should go for proper legal opinion from a very able local counsel/law firm of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in revenue/property/civil matters, and well versed with local rules and laws.

If you wish to search in LCI databank can you may try in search option:

You can also search yourself at local courts complex, ask DBA officials, your near and dear ones, your family counsel etc etc
