Buying a plot from nri muslim

Hi,

I am planning to buy a plot from an NRI (working in Dubai) Muslim in Bangalore. In addition to taking care of property document, do I need to take additional care, for the seller being a Muslim and NRI settled in Dubai.

Mr. Prabhu Better take an advice from the Advocate that he will guide you that what are the documents needed to purcahse the property from the NRI.
