BUYING A HOME IS A DREAM
Kindly advise
We are planning to purchase a property in TC palya, Bangalore. I need your advise regarding this.
The property is individual house built up in 1320sq.ft. It is BBMP approved having B-Khata. From 2007 to 2013 BBMP Tax paid The site is not DC converted & betterment charge is not paid.
Some particular private bank is providing loan for B-khata property.
Other Legal Details are fine. Is it safe to buy such property. Please guide us by giving your suggestions.
