I am planning to purchase an apartment in a project which is demolishing and re-constructing an old property. Presently there are 5 joint owners and during the reconstruction, The present owners are planning to invite a 6 owner. The present owners have a joint Patta and during reconstruction they will sell a portion of the UDS to incoming 6th owner. So UDS Will be purchased from the present five owner but the construction of the apartment will be done by a builder or contractor. Is it safe to enter as 6th owner..
