Majority of the building association in india, formed by owners and tenants for the purpose of maintenance of the building only is being misused, the functionary collects money and the collected money is not put in use for the purpose nor any accounts for the month and payments and reciepts exhibited on monthly basis, the committe always operates on ad hoc basis without any definate date and time for closure of accounts and indivuals who take up positions as president, secretary or tresurer combine in justice together and falsify every money collected or misuse and divert funds to different use which again gives them the gains and puts the association in a liabilty situation as the collected money is not spent wisely, in such circumstances what is the remedial action, particularly if the association is not registered body.
