Builder ready to move in flat in Whitefield

Hi Sir,

Please guide..builder is asking for 50k as booking amount to before providing any docs..

my query is whether this is ok,
if yes what all documents should i ask for to check all legal aspects of its authentic.
Also plz guide what all documents will be given at the time of complete transaction of sale to keep a record with me for future sake.
