I had booked a 100 sq yard (Rs 310000) size plot with Arun Dev Builders 7 years back. So far builders had not done anything on the land was shown to be at the time of booking. I had called builder thousands of times and each time they say that they will develop the land. however initially they said 1 year plot hand over time which they did not gave in written to me.
I had paid total Rs 107000 from my bank account to builder and have received as well of all papers. I had been to builder office for refund of my money. They said that they will refund my money only principal part and refund will take one year from the date I applied for refund. So far I had not applied for refund because builder must pay penalty and interest on paid amount for which builder is denying.
Please could you advise me, where and how I can file this case online. Or do I need to a lawyer as well.
