Mr A paid a part payment in year 2006 for purchase of pre launched plot at bhiwadi to mr b.They signed a contract that states that on what stages the payment has to be paid.Now its 2012 there are 70 people who are like MR A and each of them have paid 95% of the payment still no possesion.Many are demanding their money back the builder is saying that you take your money back after you give me all the originals documents.The registration of the plots is not happening.what are the legal remedies available?.
