Hello experts,
I bought a 3 Bed room flat 3 1/2 years ago and the apartment construction is stopped completely. I have been paying EMI's all these years.
In fact, the actual builder (with whom the agreement is done and registration is made) of the apartment is unreachable now and we came to know he is doing a business elsewhere out of the city.
His Brother in law was reachable and he was answering us until last few months, but they are just delaying and not constructing the apartment.
I don't have any hope that they will construct the apartment.
In view of this situation, please let me know what legal remedies i have.
