Here in Jan 2016 I booked Flat on Opening of site in 16 Lacs . against that i paid 2 Lacs as a Booking amount . Now just before 1 Month Builder cancel Project and told to get refund . but now after many followups just received 1 Lacs Post dated Chq for other 1 Lacs Chq still not receicve.
Here i lost Interest of 2 lacs and still not receive Balance Amount . Please guide how to get my balance payment and compensation from builder against cancellation of project.
Construction Site ; Gujarat / City : vadodara.
I paid amount in Chq & I have Orignal Receipt also.
